, 73, of Randolph, died Nov. 2. Born in 1924 in Atlanta, GA, he was the son of Willie and Viola (Mangum) Williams. He married Velma Dikens and they moved to Tunbridge in 1970. He was a long-haul truck driver, driving for the Teamsters in New England. Mrs. Williams died in 1993. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints. Survivors include an aunt and several nieces and nephews.

, 87, of Waitsfield, died Nov. 3. Born in 1910 in Waitsfield, she was the daughter of Perley and Mabel (Durgey) Bonnette. She received her education in Waitsfield schools. In 1950, she married Sterling Livingston, who died in 1994. She was a housekeeper and operated her brother's service station during WWII. She later became a homemaker. Survivors include several nieces and nephews.

, 91, formerly of Barre, and more recently of Springfield, Mass., died Nov. 2. She was born in Aberdeen, Scotland and lived in Barre before moving to Springfield. She was a sales clerk at the Homer Fitts Company, retiring in 1971. Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy Fountain; a brother; a granddaughter and two great-grandchildren.

, 69, of Barre, died Nov. 1. Born in 1927 in Barre, he was the son of James and Lucy (Wells) Biggs. He attended Barre schools, graduating from Spaulding High School. He joined the Army and served in the European Theater of Operations. He then enrolled at Babson College in Boston, Mass., graduating with a bachelor of science degree in business administration and worked at the former Watdron-Shield Granite Co. in Barre, a family-owned business. He began work for Smith, Whitcomb and Cook Co. in 1960, retiring in 1986. In 1962, he married Laura Fracassi. He was a member of the Air Force Reserve and the Vermont Air National Guard and was affiliated with the Church of Good Shepherd (Episcopal) of Barre. Survivors include their son, Paul Lewis Biggs; three children from a previous marriage, Bruce, Kevin and Donna Biggs; two stepsons, Douglas and Brian Gingras; a stepdaughter, Leslie Gingras Capitano; 10 grandchildren; several step-grandchildren; a sister.

High School. In 1950, he and his family moved to Tunbridge. In 1961, he married Dorothy Pray Ives. He was employed at Waterbury Plastics in Randolph, retiring in 1989. Survivors include his wife; two children, Sylvia Chandler and Phillips Carr Jr.; four stepchildren, Edith Heath, Barbara Ives, Denis Ives and Bruce Ives; a granddaughter;10 step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother; nieces, nephews and cousins.

She received her early education in East Barre and graduated from Spaulding High School. She graduated from Sheldon Academy of Beauty Culture in Burlington and was manager of the Beauty Bar in Barre. In 1951, she married Paul Libercent. She owned and operated Paula's Beauty Shop for 19 years. She was a member of St. Frances Cabrini Church. Survivors include her husband; four daughters, Paula Libercent, Pamela Hammond, Pattie Libercent and Penny Libercent; a brother; several grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

In 1935, he married Sadie Alexander. He worked at the Goodrich Dairy in Northfield and later for the State of Vermont Highway Department. He and his wife also owned and operated the Alexander farm for many years. She was a freshman at Northfield High School and was a member of varsity hockey cheerleading squad. She played softball and was a member of the junior varsity soccer team and the Students Helping Improve Northfield's Enthusiasm (SHINE) peer leadership group. She was also a member of the First Baptist Church in Montpelier. Survivors include her custodial guardian and cousin, Toni Lawrence; her father, Francis Delude; a sister, Danielle Delude; a grandmother, Lila Poulen; a half-brother, Matthew Cummings; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He served with the Marine Corps from 1942-49. He had been employed at the F.D. Ladd Co. in Barre, at Cross Bakery in Montpelier and was also a sandblaster for several area granite manufacturers. He and his wife owned and operated Twin City Memorials on the Barre-Montpelier Road. He was a member of St. Monica Parish. In 1944, she married William F. Barry, who died in 1983. They lived in Arlington, Va., where she practiced law, retiring in 1977. She had lived with her son in Brookfield since 1995. She had been a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Arlington, VA. Survivors include her son, William; two grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

In 1935, he married Irene Perry, they divorced. He later married Dorothy Dow, who died in 1960. He married Gladys Martell, who died in 1976. He worked at the Savage Mill and the Randall Mill and later owned and operated a dairy farm. He also worked as a carpenter, paper hanger. Survivors include a son, Arthur; a daughter, Veronica Armstrong; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.

In 1956, she married Walter Oliver Magoon, who died in 1967. She worked at Granite Trust Co. and remained there through the mergers of Hardwick Savings Bank and the Granite Trust Co. She also worked for Barcomb Motors as bookkeeper, retiring in 1974. She was a member of the United Church of Hardwick. Survivors include cousins, George Webster, Dorothy Webster, Phyllis Mecurio and Pearl Webster.
