Late in Bud\'s work career, he was honored to be nationally recognized as a certified fire investigator as well as a certified insurance fraud investigator, top honors in his field. As an avid auto enthusiast, Bud has owned numerous "special" cars since he was a teen. He especially favored "street rods" where the individual\'s workmanship and creativity could shine.
