Vermont Northeast Kingdom Genealogy Query - Message Board ROWN - BROWNE I am researching one of the three BROWN families of Worcester VT. Does anyone know whether the surname of one of those families was originally spelled with a final /E/ ? And might the spelling BROWNE indicate Scot or Irish descent?
