Vermont Northeast Kingdom Genealogy Query - Message Board KIBBE / KIBBEE / KIBBIE / KIBBY / KIBBEY My 4th great-grandparents are Martin Kibbee and Sophronia Giles who were in Hardwick by 1826. Their son Henry Martin Kibbee, b. Hardwick 12 October 1826, is my 3rd great-grandfather. He married Maria Bovee sometime prior to 1849 in Vermont but a marriage record has not been located. Henry and Maria's son Henry Alvin is my 2nd great-grandfather. According to his Ohio death certificate he was born 13 August 1851 in Burlington. The informant is his son. The State of Vermont does not have a record of birth for Henry Alvin. I would like to find proof of marriage for Henry Martin and Maria and also proof of birth for Henry Alvin.
