Toussaint I am trying to find out if Oliver Toussaint is related to Nelson / Narcisse Toussaint, I cannot seem to find parents for Oliver, who is one of my cousin's family members. Oliver immigrated to the US from Canada in 1877; Adele in 1864 according to the 1910 census. 1. 1910, US Census, I find: Oliver Toussaint, 57; m. Adele, 47 (St Johnsbury, VT), w/3 children: Alphonsine 20, Edmore (should be Edmour), 18 and, Dora Odette (adopted dau), 15 2. In the 1900 US Census, same family as in #1: Otmer Toussaint 47, Adele D. 37, Albert 17, Edward 15, Adele 13, Alphonsine 11, Edmour 1893 3. In the 1880 US Census (familysearch.org), I find: Nelson Tousaint, 27 (may be Narcisse) Alice C. Tousaint, 22 - Nelson Tousaint, 5 Amo Tousaint, 4 - Eugene Tousaint, 2 4. I also find an Alcide Francis Toussaint who m. Marie Laura Brunelle, b. 25 Jan 1887; Alcide's father is Narcisse or Nelson Toussaint; mother is Alice Corriveau. Thank you for your help.
