....show - Hans J. Jehle, 87, husband of Mary Ellen (Marion) Morin, went home to be with our Lord on December 7, 2006 in Redwood City, California. Born May 12, 1919 in Lorch am Rhein, Germany to Hans Jehle and Franziska Dahlen. He moved to Montreal, Quebec when he was 9. He met the love of his life, Marion Morin, and they married July 19, 1947. In October, 1960, he packed up his family and moved to Redwood City, California. Hans was an active member of his church, sang in the choir, a Eucharistic Minister, and a member of the Knights of Columbus. Hans is survived by his devoted wife, Marion. Cherished father of Robert (Mary Ellen) Jehle, Joan (Tom) Culhane and Mary (Curtis) Javorski, and devoted grandfather of Kelly, Jaimi (Whitney), Michael, Jonathon, Colleen, Jennifer, Adrienne, and Megan. Dear brother of Tom Jehle and brother-in-law of Wilfred (Sylvia) Morin, Jerome (Dorothy) Morin, Paul (Norma) Morin, and Vincent (Carole) Morin. Robert Baltzly Miess, beloved husband of 59 years to Lorna Elaine Wall and dear father of Gary, Lorne ( Irene ) and the late Karen ( David Moore ). Cherished grandfather of Nicholas Moore and Daniel and Samantha Miess. He is survived by his sisters and brother, Ruth ( George Thomson ), Nashville, Tenn.,Marguerite ( Joseph Fitzpatrick ), Wakefield, QC and Douglas ( late Florrie ),Ottawa, ON, and was predeceased by his sister Jean ( late Richard Millenger ). Bob attended Montreal West High School and during his life he worked for Jenkins Valves, Mtl.,Ingersoll Rand, Paton Mills and the American Biltrite, all of Sherbrooke, QC, and was formerly Warden of St-George's Anglican Church, Lennoxville. A memorial service will be held at St-Mark's Chapel on Saturday August 26 at 3 pm. The Venerable Heather Thomson officiating. Interment in the Malvern Cemetery.
