, 35, of St. Johnsbury, passed away in Littleton, NH, on Friday, Dec. 27, 2002. She was born May 26, 1967, in Stoughton, MA, the daughter of Francis and Glenna (Horton) Tay Sr. Her father predeceased her on Jan. 8, 2000. She is survived by her husband, Greg Garand of Littleton; two daughters, Deanna and Kirsty Johnson, of Passumpsic; her mother, Glenna Tay of Passumpsic; her sister, Veronica Tay of St. Johnsbury; her brother, Francis J. Tay Jr. of Passumpsic; her maternal grandmother, Nell Horton of Morresburg, TN; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. There will be no calling hours. Memorial services will be held at the Pearsons Funeral Home, Church Street, Lyndonville, Monday, Dec. 30 at 11 a.m., with the Rev. David Piers of the Union Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in the spring in the Palmer Cemetery in Barnet.
