, 56, of Wolcott, died Aug. 13. Born in 1942 in Hardwick, she was the daughter of Rupert and Gertrude (Tracy) Peake. She attended Hardwick public schools and graduated from Hardwick Academy. She then attended nursing school in Brattleboro, graduating in 1961. In 1963, she married Everett Ernest Andrus. She had been employed at the Hardwick Hospital. She ran a daycare and then returned to nursing and worked at the Manor Nursing Home in Morrisville, retiring in 1995. She was a member of the Wolcott United Methodist Church. Survivors include her father; her husband; two sons, James and Stephen; one daughter, Anne Lacey; one brother; two grandchildren; one aunt; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

, 48, of Woodbury, died Aug. 12. Born in 1950 in Barre, she was the daughter of Walter and Dorothy (McGoff) LeBree. She attended schools in Marshfield and graduated from Twinfield Union School. In 1979, she married Larry Eldred. She was employed as a bookkeeper at Berlin Convalescent Center and later owned and operated a registered daycare in Woodbury. She retired in April due to ill health. Survivors include her husband; her father; two sons, Rickie Bowen and Walter Eldred; a daughter, Tammy Eldred; a granddaughter; a brother; a sister; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

, 83, of Montpelier, died Aug. 8. Born in 1914 in Kearny, N.J., he was the son of Francis Stephen McArthur and Esther (Brokaw) McArthur. He attended Newark Academy, Phillips Exeter Academy, Amherst College and the University of North Carolina. In 1939, he married Elizabeth Mary Allen. He served in the Army during WWII and the Korean War. He was active in the Christ Church in Montpelier. Survivors include his wife; his son, Stephen; four step-grandchildren.

She was a member of the Montpelier Congregation of Jehovah's Witness. , 104, formerly of Marshfield, recently died. Born in 1893 in Marshfield, she was the daughter of Frank and Edna (Spofford) Bohonon. She received her schooling in Marshfield and graduated from the former Johnson Normal School. In 1926, she married Harold Wilkins, who died in 1957. She had taught at various schools throughout Vermont and later served as postmistress in Reading. She was a member of Reading Christian Union Church. Survivors include a niece, Mario Burnham; three grandnieces, Mary MacNahan, Lucinda Clark and Sherlie Roya.

, 63, formerly of Marshfield and more recently of Springfield, died July 13. Born in 1935, he was the son of Kenneth and Rena (Clace) Dwinell. He was educated in Springfield and graduated from Marshfield High School. He was employed as a lineman during the construction of the St. Lawrence Seaway and worked in the construction field. Later he was employed as a custodian in the Springfield school system. Survivors include three sisters, Sherlie Roya, Lucinda Clark and Mary MacMahan; an uncle; several nieces and nephews.

Born in 1951 in Montpelier, he was the son of Irving and Gladys (Fogg) Lawrence Sr. He graduated from U-32 Jr.-Sr. High School and served in the military during the Vietnam War. In 1985, he married Robin Jennison. He was employed by R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co., Frank B. Hall Insurance Co., at Sugarbush and Mad River Glen ski areas and more recently at Harwood Union High School in Duxbury. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Bree Mackenzie and Angela Lawrence; a stepson, Matthew Luce; his mother; two sisters; two brothers; his maternal grandmother; nieces and nephews.

He was a painter and wallpaper hanger in the central Vermont area. He also attended Goddard College in Plainfield. He was an electrician and carpenter in central Vermont and also caretaker of several summer homes in Bethel. In 1951, he married Jacqueline Quellette. They owned and operated the Quarry Hill Dairy Farm in East Bethel. He was a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church in South Royalton. Survivors include his wife; two sons, George and Jeffrey; six daughters, Anna Clemons, Jean Cooper, Ruth McCourry, Mary Russell, Donna Johnson and Susan Schreiner; a brother; 19 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; nephews and cousins.

She had served with the Army from 1955-66 and had worked as administrative assistant for the Vermont Army National Guard in Berlin and at Camp Johnson in Winooski. She was also employed as a bartender and by the state of Vermont Legislative Council and Motor Vehicle Department. She attended Montpelier High School and graduated from York Suburban High School in PA. She also graduated from the Thompson School for Practical Nursing. In 1990, she married Walter Barcomb. She worked at the Portsmouth Nursing Home in VA and after returning to Vermont, worked at Genesis Eldercare and more recently at the Manor Nursing Home in Morrisville. Survivors include her husband; one son; Neil Sayers; two daughters, Amy Sayers and Ashlyn Barcomb; her mother and step-father, William Manning; her father; her maternal grandparents; two brothers; aunts, uncles, two nieces and two nephews.
