The church met agreeably to ____ appointment, and after looking to the throne of grace, proceeded to the examination of those who presented themselves for admission to the Church. Having obtained good evidence of their christian character, the Church voted that the following persons stand propounded, to wit, Abigail Skinner, Abigail Pearson, Charlotte Pearson, Sarah Porter, Samuel Hovey, Luther Bailey, Jane Courser, Mary Bailey. The meeting was concluded with a short discourse from Gen 19.17.
