Vermont Northeast Kingdom Genealogy Query - Message Board WOOD / WOODS I'm looking for info on Stephen Woods and Silence his wife. It looks like Stephen was born in the very early 1770's. He lived in Glover and was the Clerk at the Congregational Church there. He died in 1844 of Consumption. The children I have are Charles Edward b. 1824, Daniel Emerson Woods b. 1817 and Stephen Woods. I would love any help in fleshing out Stephen and Silence and in getting further back. It's quite possible that Stephens father may have been named William I did see an older mans name of William Woods but I don't want to assume that. Thank you, Clara show email address
