NEKG Privacy Policy

Information we collect
We collect information to provide better services to all of our users.
We collect information in two ways:
Information you give us. For example, when you to sign up for membership or email subscription.
When you do, we'll ask for personal information, like your name and email address.
NEVER a telephone number, street address or credit card.
     We use your email address ONLY to
     a.) As a member, only for communication verification purposes and (1) one membership renewal notice.
     b.) When you request to be on our distribution list, only notices are sent of changes to the NEKG site.
     c.) When you request to be on our query page, your email address will be displayed as a picture,
         not as text.
     d.) We do not sell, rent or trade our list of subscribers to anyone EVER.

Information we get from your use of our services.
         We may collect information about the services that you use and how you use them.
     a.) Page Counters - Like the number of times anyone visits a web page and never who visits.
     b.) Device information: This may be information such as which browser and revision you use.
     c.) Log information: When you use our services or view content provided by NEKG, we may automatically
         collect and store certain information in server logs. This may include: details of how you used our
         service, such as your search queries.
     d.) Local storage: We may collect and store information (never personal information) locally on your
         device in the form of cookies. A cookie is a small file that a website can place on
         your device while you are using the website. Cookies help websites remember useful
         information. We use cookies for security purposes such as saving your password or PIN number.
         We never store information for advertisements, only information as to understand how website
         visitors use our content and services. We store this information in plain English and you may
         view this at anytime. You can also delete any cookie or all cookies or block all cookies at any time
         An example is; After logging on as a member, we write a unique cookie on your system so if you
         should go to another web page and later return to NEKG, you don't have to re-log in.
         Some cookies once your browser window is closed, the cookie is automatically deleted.
         We curently working on keeping members logged on for longer periods of time. In this
         case, some cookies may stay for up to 30 days.

Privacy
     1. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to NEKG.
          We use your email address ONLY to
          a.) As a member, only for communication verification purposes and (1) one membership renewal notice.
          b.) When you request to be on our distribution list, send only notices when changes are made to the
               NEKG site.
          c.) When you request to be on our query page, your email address will be displayed as a picture,
               never as text.
     2. We do not sell, rent or trade our list of subscribers to anyone EVER.
     3. We will never send you any other unrequested e-mail, besides NEKG updates; and
     4. All unsubscribe requests are always honored immediately, period.
