Raymond David Simons, 72, of West Burke, Vt. passed away at his home on Dec. 22, 2018. Raymond was born in St. Johnsbury in 1946, son of the late Gordon and Gertrude (Gosselin) Simons. He graduated from Lyndon Institute in 1967. Raymond then worked as a foundryman at Fairbanks Scales for 44 years. Raymond was predeceased by his father. He was survived by his mother, who has since passed. He is also survived by his two brothers, Ronald and Robert; and his sister Roxanne. A graveside service for both Raymond and Gertrude will be held at St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Lyndonville, Vt. on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 10 a.m.
