Constance F. Morgan "Connie". Rochester - Connie passed peacefully surrounded by family and loving care-givers at St. Ann's Community on October 6, 2019. Survived by her children, Constance Van Alstyne, Jo Ann Boulis, Susan Ryan, Karyn Ryan-Jones , Paul M. Ryan and Micheal Morgan, grandchildren and great grandchildren and numerous friends. Special thanks to Connie's extended family - Connie Craig, Case Manager, the staff of Rochester Presbyterian Home over the past 10 years and the staff of St. Ann's over the past year. Their collective love, dedication and support helped Connie live her last years with comfort and dignity. Throughout her life Connie spent her time and talents making others laugh and find joy. Celebrate her life and memory by donating your special talents to those in need, young and old, furry, fuzzy or feathered!
