Lucille B. Lavely, 81, of St. Johnsbury Center, died Sunday
morning July 22, 2012 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born June 3, 1931 in Lyndon, one of four children born
to Howard and Hortense (Ducham) Brown. Lucille was a 1949 graduate of Lyndon Institute.
On March 20, 1950, she married Arthur (Midge) Lavely. She
was a self-employed bookkeeper for many years. She had a
special place in her heart for her grandchildren, great grandchildren and her dogs.
Lucille is survived by two children, Vicki Quatrini of St.
Johnsbury and David Lavely and his wife Judy of Danville; three
grandchildren, Anna Cushman and her husband Bruce, Jacob
Lavely and his wife Terri, and Justin Lavely and his wife Ginni;
five great grandchildren Jack Cushman, Dalton Lavely, Vanessa
Bean, Lynsey Lavely and Madilyn Lavely; a sister, Julia Carr; a
brother, Edward Brown; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur (Midge) Lavely;
her parents; a sister, Ruth Wilkins; and her son in-law, Gary Quatrini.
Funeral Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
