William Cameron (Bill) Bissett, II age 49, passed away on March 27, 2017 at the Bailey Family Center for Caring in St. Augustine. Bill was born in Quincy, Massachusetts to John T. Bissett and Ellen Bissett-Kemper on June 18, 1967. Bill attended St. Johnsbury Academy in St. Johnsbury, Vermont where he played football, ran track on the State Championship Track Team. He loved the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots. He worked at the Patriot Ledger for 25 years in the circulation department. In 2010 he moved to St. Augustine where he worked at Arcadia Home Care and Staffing where he developed a passion for aiding Alzheimer's patients. Bill also enjoyed spending time with his friends at the Orioles Nest #324. He was prceded in death by his grandparents; Rev. William and Marjorie Bissett, and Eugene and Anne Langstaff. Survivors include, mother, Ellen (Robert) Bissett-Kemper; father, John T. (Carol) Bissett; and his sister, Heather Anne Bissett. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at St. Johns Family Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donation may be sent to the Alzheimers Association.
