Susan Ann Frost, 59, of Weare, N.H., passed away peacefully on March 1, 2014,
following a lengthy illness. Susan was born in Concord, Vt., Dec. 5, 1954,
the daughter of Raymond Holloway Sr. and Ruth (Bennett) Holloway. She was
raised in St. Johnsbury, Vt., and was a graduate of St. Johnsbury Academy,
Class of '75. Following high school Susan worked for several manufacturing
companies including Burndy, Hitchners and Maska, until she fell ill at the age of 38.
Susan enjoyed camping, dancing and any kind of craft she could get her
hands on. Eternally the giver, Susan was a caring daughter, sister, mother,
aunt, grandmother and friend who valued time spent with family and
friends above all else.
Susan is survived by her husband of over 22 years, Jackie Frost; her
mother, Ruth Holloway; her daughters: Dawn McDonald and her husband
Christopher, and Tricia Scribner and her husband Eric; stepdaughter,
Amanda Frost and her significant other Billy Watkins; her brother, James
Holloway and his significant other Mary Camley; brother, Raymond Holloway
Jr.; sister, Donna Degree and her husband David; brother, Blaine
Holloway and his wife Aryn; sister, Linda Savage; brother, Ronald Holloway;
grandchildren, Mercedes and Sierra McDonald and Abigail and
Caleb Scribner; and many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Susan was predeceased by her father.
Calling hours will be held in two locations on separate days. The family
will receive visitors Wednesday, March 12, 7-9 p.m. at The Cremation Society
of NH, 172 King Street in Boscawen, N.H., as well as Friday, March
14, 6-8 p.m. at The Cremation Society of NH, 101 Union St. in Littleton, N.H.
