ROBINSON: Linda R. (Villeneuve) of Lyndonville, passed away at
home unexpectedly Friday, Nov. 14, 2003. Linda was a survivor. In 1993,
she contracted viral encephalitis, bravely battled its
after-effects, and fought for her recovery. Her courage, strength and
attitude were admirable throughout. She thoroughly enjoyed all her
sons' school and sports activities. Knitting was both her passion and
her specialty. She was born in St. Johnsbury, June 28, 1957, and was
the daughter of William and Beverly Villeneuve. She graduated from
St. Johnsbury Academy in 1975. On April 20, 1979, she and William
Robinson were married. She is survived by her husband, Bill (100
Pine Ridge Circle, Lyndonville, VT 05851); two sons, Benjamin
Robinson and his fiancee Paige Loomis of Lyndonville, and James
Robinson of Lyndonville; her parents, William and Bev Villeneuve of
St. Johnsbury; her mother-in-law, Beverly Robinson of Lyndonville;
her sister, Brenda Lane and her husband David of St. Johnsbury; one
sister-in-law, Cindy Lamb and her husband Jack of Underhill; two
brothers-in-law, Donald Robinson of Swanton, Thomas Robinson and
his wife Tori of Colchester; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and
nephews. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St.
John the Evangelist Church in St. Johnsbury. Visiting hours will be
held at the Sayles Funeral Home Monday from 5-8 p.m. Memorial
