WESTBOROUGH MA: Sandra E. (Giffin) Gaudet, age 71, a
former Natick resident, passed away unexpectedly at her
Westborough home on March 26th 2017. She was the devoted wife of the late Ronald Gaudet.
Born in Boston, she was a daughter of the late Norman V. and
Lorraine (Tremblay) Giffin. Sandi spent her early years in
Weymouth, before moving to St Johnsbury, Vermont, where
she attended St. Johnsbury Academy. In 1961, Sandi's family
returned to Massachusetts and settled in Natick. She graduated
from Natick High School in 1963, and went on to become a hair
stylist working in the Wellesley and Natick area. Most recently,
Sandi was employed at Blondes and Brunettes Salon in Natick.
Sandi was an avid reader, gardener, and animal lover, and very
much enjoyed spending time with her numerous friends at the Northborough Senior Center.
She is survived by her brothers, Norman V. Giffin Jr. (Linda
Arnold) of Merrimack N.H., Gregg D. Giffin (Deirdre) of
Northborough; a sister, Wendy Ward (Robert) of Kingston; two
nephews, Christopher and Corey Giffin; and her nieces, Caroline and Emily Ward.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Sandi's family in
the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street at Natick
Common on Saturday, April 29th at 1:00PM. Sandi's Memorial
Service will begin at 2:30PM. Burial will be private.
