Lois C. Lenton 76, of Cheyenne, Wyo., died on Dec 29, 2018 at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center surrounded by family. She was born Sept. 13, 1942 to Maurice and Avis Cuthbertson in St. Johnsbury, Vt. She graduated from St. Johnsbury Academy in 1960. She then married John Lenton on Aug. 11, 1962. They were married for 56 years. They had 3 kids. She loved cows and crafts and her hunting and fishing. She loved her football. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. She made everyone she came in contact with smile and laugh. She is survived by her husband John Lenton and daughter Louise Sweeden of Colorado, her son John Lenton Jr. and wife of Cheyenne, Wyo. Her brother Maurice and Linda Cuthbertson of Lisbon, N.H., sister Janice and Marcel Poitrois of Kittery, Maine. She is also survived by her grandkids and great-granddaughter. Her aunt Thelma Blake of Kittery, Maine. Her sister-in-law Kathy Tiginy of Barton, Vt. Brother-in-law David Lenton and wife of St. Johnsbury, Vt. She is preceded in death by her parents, her in-laws, a daughter Suellen Cozad and grandson Johnathon Degrenier. She was loved by many. Funeral services will be later.
