Gerald Clinton Boyce , 60, Woodsville, N.H., died on Sunday, April 26, 2009,
at the Cottage Hospital in Woodsville. Gerald was born in
Haverhill, N.H., Nov. 20, 1948, the son of Clinton Wilbur and Frances
Dora (Cushing) Boyce. He graduated from St. Johnsbury Academy
Trade School in St. Johnsbury. Gerald served in the U. S. Army for two
years. He worked as a carpenter for his brother Larry at Boyce
Carpentry in Wells River. He thoroughly enjoyed growing plants. He
was predeceased by his father, Clinton W. Boyce. Survivors include his
children, Sherry Fisher and husband Terry of Lisbon, N.H., Hollie
Boyce of Montgomery, Texas, Gary Boyce of St. Johnsbury, Chris
Boyce and wife Veronica of Newbury, Nick Boyce of New York, Emily
Boyce of New York, Vanessa Bradford, Crystal Bradford, and Ashley
Bradford all of Woodsville; 15 grandchildren; his mother, Frances
(Cushing) Boyce of North Haverhill, N.H.; two sisters, Brenda Boyce
of Wells River, and Joy George of Woodsille; a brother, Larry Boyce of
Wells River; his fiance` Priscilla Bradford of Woodsville; and several
nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. A graveside service will
be on Wednesday, May 6, 2009, at 1 p.m., in the Boltonville Cemetery, Newbury.
