GUYER, Leo H. Leo H. Guyer, 71, of Rocky Hill,
beloved husband for 48 years of Barbara (Moyse)
Guyer, died Monday (March 2, 2009). Born in St.
Johnsbury, VT, he was the son of the late Archie and
Delina (Cote) Guyer. He was employed at Emhart Glass
for 43 years prior to his retirement and was currently
employed at Darcy Saw for the past 10 years. Besides
his wife he is survived by his five children, Debbie Simao
of Ellington, Nancy and her husband Manuel Rodriques
of Rocky Hill, Pam and her husband Antonio DaSilva of Rocky Hill, Linda
and her husband Reinaldo Ramos of Wethersfield and Randy and his wife
Mariella Guyer of Rocky Hill, a sister Theresa and her husband Paul
Brigham of Newington, 11 grandchildren, Matthew and Justin Simao,
Alyssa and Nicholas Rodrigues, Cameron and Morgan DaSilva, Jordan and
Taylor Ramos, Brandon, Brianna, and Veronica Guyer and several nieces
and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Frank Guyer and a sister,
Catherine Gworek. Funeral Services will be Friday at 9 a.m from the
Giuliano-Sagarino Funeral Home at Brooklawn, 511 Brook Street, Rocky
Hill followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St James Church at 10 a.m.
Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. Friends are invited to the funeral home Thursday from 5-8 p.m.
