Laurent A. Gagner, 59, husband of Claire (Daniel) Gagner of Gehring Road, Tolland, died at nursing home in East Hartford on Tuesday (May 13, 1997). He was born in St. Johnsbury, VT and moved from East Hartford to Tolland in 1965. He retired from I.B.M. in 1990. Mr. Gagner was a communicant of St. Matthews Church in Tolland. Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Andre L. Gagner and Alexander Gagner both of Tolland and three brothers, Robert Gagner of South Windsor, Ronald Gagner of Rutland, VT and Andre F. Gagner of Newington. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday (May 17), 10 a.m. at St. Matthews Church, Tolland. Interment at a later date will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, St. Johnsbury, VT.
