Geraldine A. Rundgren , 68, of Albany died Tuesday, February 3, 2004, at
Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire,
following a brief illness. Mrs. Rundgren was born in Littleton, New
Hampshire, on December 3, 1935, the daughter of Wayland R. and Miriam
M. (Abbott) Sinclair. She attended school in St. Johnsbury and later
married Ernest J. Rundgren, who predeceased her in 1998. She worked at
Ethan Allen Manufacturing in Orleans for many years. She also worked at
the B&W, and after her retirement from Ethan Allen, she substituted as a
hot lunch cook in the school district. She enjoyed camping with her
husband at Eden Lake in their camper. Survivors include two sons, Ernest
J. Rundgren Jr. and his wife, Catherine, of Irasburg and Eric J. Rundgren of
Albany; two daughters, Catherine Sargeant and her husband, Neal, of
Danville and Kim Rundgren of Evansville; a brother, Wayland Sinclair, of
Wheelock; two sisters, Lorraine Smith and her husband, David, of
Wheelock and Nancy Isham of Danville; nine grandchildren; two
great-grandchildren; and her mother-in-law, Doris Rundgren Andrews, and
her husband, Victor, of Coventry. She was predeceased by her husband,
Ernie, in 1998; and by a sister, Lauretta Sinclair. A memorial service was
held February 7 at Davis Funeral Home in Craftsbury Common with Father
Mike Augustinowitz officiating. Interment of her ashes will be in Albany
Village Cemetery in the spring. Contributions in Mrs. Rundgren's memory
