Charles O. Farrow of North Concord passed away on June 26, 2009, at
the VA Hospital in White River Jct. at the age of 77. He was born Aug. 26,
1931, in St. Johnsbury, the son of the late Charles and Ruth (Briggs)
Farrow. He married Charlotte Sorrell Nov. 26, 1955. Charlie was proud to
have served in the Navy during the Korean Conflict. He loved his antique
cars, fishing, and gardening. He and Bill loved to boat and fish on Miles
Pond and Lake Memphremagog. He is survived by his wife Charlotte; his
four children, Linda Frechette and husband Philip of North Concord, Bill
Farrow and wife Janet of North Concord, Sandy Wyman and husband Dan
of North Yarmouth, Maine, and Angela Farrow of Johnstown, Colo.; his 10
grandchildren Jamin, Aaron, Shawna, and Lisa; Nicholas and Katrina; Aric
and Ethan; Paige and Cortney; one great-grandchild, Jamin's son
Cameron; brother Bill Farrow of Florida; half-brother Duke Valencourt and
wife Sheila of Walpole, N.H..; nieces and nephews. A funeral Mass will be
celebrated in St. Johnsbury Monday, June 29, at 10 a.m., at St. John the
Evangelist Church. Charlotte's nephew, The Rev. James McKearney, will
be the celebrant. Following the Mass, he will be cremated. Burial with
military honors will be held the following day, Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Mt.
Calvary Cemetery. There will be no visiting hours. Memorial contributions
