Phyllis Carlotta Lowe, 87, passed away on Saturday January 18, 2014 at St. Johnsbury Health
and Rehab. Mrs. Lowe was born in Carlton Place, Ontario on July 14, 1926 to Phillip and Lottie (Firn) Yake.
Mrs. Lowe worked for Palmer Brothers Laundry as a Seamstress.
She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Rollo Lowe; two sisters, Lillian Richardson and
Margaret Benson; and a brother, John Yake.
She is survived by her three children, Donna Norway of St. Johnsbury; Patrick Liberty and his
wife Louise of Lyndonville; Cynthia Liberty and partner Rick Hanks of Waterford; two
stepdaughters, Patricia Kwaitkowski and husband Peter, of Florida; and Debbra Nadler and
husband Barry of Florida; five grandchildren; and five step grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on May 2, 2014 at 3 p.m. in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in St. Johnsbury.
