UTLEY: Glendon W. , 72, of East St. Johnsbury, passed away
Sunday, April 20, 2003, at his residence. He was born May 27,
1930, in Cabot, the son of the late Myrle K. and Hortence Drew.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He worked in the
lumber business for many years, and then in the retail grocery
business at Goodwin's General Store. He is survived by his wife,
Gloria (Goodwin) Utley of East St. Johnsbury; his three children
and their spouses, Michael and Sandra Utley of Carver, Mass.,
Carmon and Bob Alberghini of Carver, Mass., and Kenrick and
Bobbi Utley of West Burke; six grandchildren; and two
great-grandchildren. There will be no calling hours. Graveside
services will be held at the Danville Green Cemetery in Danville,
later in the spring. Those who wish may send contributions in his
