Marjorie G. Dean of Mt. Pleasant St. in St. Johnsbury, passed away at NVRH Wednesday evening, June 1, 2005, at the age of 90. Her husband, Chauncey W. Dean, predeceased her. She was born in Lyndonville on June 22, 1914, the daughter of Robert and Gertrude (Beattie) Blake. She worked for six years as a clerk at Randall and Whitcomb's on Main Street in St. Johnsbury. She is survived by her daughter, Roberta Cusack of Westborough, Mass. (2202 Windsor Ridge Dr. 01581); four grandchildren, Cynthia Boulay, Dean Cusack, Erin Cusack and Patricia Fisher; six great-grandchildren, Tammera Silva, Marissa Silva, Dylan Cusack, Sierra Rakes, Amber Rakes and Matea Cusack; one sister, Katherine Caputi of Newport, R.I. She was predeceased by a sister and brother-in-law, Frances and Howard Eastman of St. Johnsbury; nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Monday, June 6, at 3 p.m. at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery with the Rev. John Marshall officiating. Friends are welcome to attend. There will be no visiting hours.
