Marguerite Gagner , of the Colonial Apartments in St. Johnsbury, died peacefully Thursday, March 9, 2006, at the age of 101. She had resided at the St. Johnsbury Health and Rehab Center since July 2005. She was born in St. Johnsbury on Aug. 31, 1904, and was the daughter of George and Anna (Cormier) Gagner. Her husband, Laurent J. Gagner, passed away Dec. 2, 1968. She retired from The Citizens Savings Bank and Trust Co., had previously worked at Fairbanks, and was a parishioner of St. John the Evangelist Church. She is survived by nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held tomorrow, Saturday, at 2 p.m., at the Sayles Funeral Home. Fr. Patrick Forman will be officiating. Burial will be in May at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. A gathering of friends and family will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from noon to the start of the service. Memorial contributions may be directed to CALEX Ambulance, P.O.
